Bye Bye BE

In 2008 the ISP changed from BT to BE. For years the smaller provider was reliable and the call-centre staff knew what they were doing. Then the brand went away, as smaller ISPs often do, folded into something larger.

Choosing an ISP is not only about headline speed. It is about whether anyone answers the phone when the line dies, and whether the company will still exist in five years.
